Schedule

• Three - 12 hour shifts per week

• Day and Overnight Shifts (with overnight shift differential pay​)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Florida license required - RN or LPN

• Experience working in substance abuse preferred

• Must be team-oriented and have strong nursing and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with patients and assess their healthcare needs

• Assess and determine the individual needs of patients upon admission and throughout patient stay

• Communicate the medical needs of patients to the medical team

• Administer prescribed medication within appropriate time frame

• Oversee resident medical records and ensure that all nursing documentation is accurate and truly reflects the patient's medical condition, and written in real time

• Assist with communicating Critical Incident Reports

• Ensure that delivery of nursing services meets and complies with Florida State licensing requirements, Joint Commission, and Payer Regulation standards

• Demonstrates ability to work with substance abuse clients

• Other duties as assigned​
